What is Semi-fluid grease ?

Introduction

      Semi-fluid grease (NLGI 000/00/0) is a specialty lithium grease for central lubrication systems. It is enhanced with special additives to provide excellent performance in extreme pressure conditions, ensuring mechanical stability and corrosion protection. Due to its very smooth consistency, the grease is easily pumpable. Developed for lubrication of a variety of bearings and closed industrial gearboxes.

6. Compared with lubricant, semi-fluid grease is not easy to be discharged from the oil port in a short period of time after it is added to the gearbox, so it can effectively prevent the gearbox from leaking lubricant problems and does not contaminate the equipment and the environment.
7. Semi-fluid greases are in a state between lubricants and plastic greases and are generally suitable for replacing large viscosity lubricants.
