1. Calcium-based grease
It has good water resistance, but poor heat resistance. The maximum operating temperature is 60°C and the price is low. It is mainly used for the lubrication of rolling bearings and parts easily in contact with water or moisture such as automobiles, tractors, water pumps, small and medium-sized electric motors and other industrial and agricultural machinery. The operating temperature range is -10℃~60℃ and the rolling bearings with rotation speed below 3000r/min are partially used.
2. Lithium-based grease
Good heat resistance, water resistance and rust resistance, operating temperature range -20 to 120℃, affordable price. Compared with calcium-sodium-based grease, the thickening dosage can be reduced by about 1/3, and the service life can be more than doubled. General-purpose grease is widely used in various lubricating parts of trucks. It has good high-temperature lubrication performance and meets the requirements of most trucks. It is also the most easily available product on the market.
3. General lithium-based grease
It has good heat resistance, water resistance, rust resistance, good extreme pressure performance, and a maximum operating temperature of 120°C. It is suitable for the lubrication of mechanical equipment, bearings and gears with higher loads. fair price. After adding antioxidants, anti-rust agents and extreme pressure agents, the use range and performance of long-life general-purpose grease are more suitable for the technical requirements of automotive grease.
4. Extreme pressure lithium complex grease

6. Graphite grease

7. Conductive grease
It is used for the lubrication of some conductive connection parts and electrical components, and has good effects, such as the protection of battery pile heads, the contacts of combination switches, the contact points of steering wheel horns, and the internal lubrication of some electrical switches. These electrical equipment are filled with special grease to significantly extend their service life. Note: The lubrication of electrical switches cannot be replaced by ordinary grease.
8. Bentonite grease
Good heat resistance, good water resistance, poor rust resistance, maximum operating temperature of 130°C, higher price.
9. Calcium sulfonate complex grease
It has good heat resistance, water resistance, and rust resistance, and good mechanical stability (shear resistance stability). It can be used at a maximum temperature of 130°C, and the price is relatively high.
10. Polyurea grease
It has good heat resistance, good oxidation resistance, good rust resistance, good extreme pressure resistance, long bearing life, and certain radiation resistance. It is a new type of grease product with high price.
