    How to judge the quality of lubricating oil
    If any machine wants to be efficient and have a longer service life, it must learn how to maintain it. How to maintain it has become a major problem in current use. For crushers, maintenance is mainly carried out through general cleaning, tightening and lubrication operations. Lubrication is an important step in maintenance operations. Only by ensuring that the lubrication of each component, part and mechanism of the equipment is reasonable and the hydraulic oil used in the hydraulic components meets the requirements can the normal operation of the machine be ensured and the service life of the machine be extended. At this time, the quality of the lubricating oil becomes extremely important! So how to judge the quality of the lubricating oil?
    (1) Viscosity: Viscosity affects both the leakage of the system and the power loss. When the viscosity is high, the resistance generated by the flow of the oil is large, and the power consumed to overcome the resistance is large, and the power loss will be converted into heat to increase the oil temperature. When the viscosity is too low, the leakage of the oil will increase and the volumetric efficiency of the system will decrease.
    (2) Acid value: The acid value of the hydraulic oil plays a significant role in the degree of oxidation of the equipment. A high acid value of the hydraulic oil will aggravate the oxidation of the part shell.
    (3) Flash point and solidification point: These indicators have a direct and important impact on the reliability of hydraulic transmission. If the flash point is too low, flash fire will occur as the temperature rises during normal operation of the equipment. If the solidification point is too high, when the equipment stops running, the viscosity of the oil will increase dramatically, or even solidify, causing difficulty in starting or failure to start.
    (4) Ash and mechanical impurities.
    ① Impact on axial piston pumps and axial piston motors. According to statistics on the causes of damage to 15 pumps and motors, mechanical impurities account for 60% of the total damage to the pumps and motors, and the time from use to damage does not exceed 1 month.
    ② Impact on hydraulic control valves. When the hydraulic system contains ash and mechanical impurities, the valve adjustment will be invalid, the pressure fluctuation will be unstable, and vibration and noise will occur. In severe cases, the valve core will be worn and the valve will be damaged;
    ③ Impact of ash and mechanical impurities on hydraulic circuits. According to statistics, hydraulic circuit failures due to ash and mechanical impurities account for 75% of the total number of failures.
    From the above analysis, it can be seen that the quality of the oil and whether it meets the requirements have a great impact on the operation quality of the equipment. In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the oil quality must be strictly required;
