(1)Brush lubrication
Use the brush or oiling pot to refuel the inner and outer chain plates at the loose side of the chain regularly, preferably working for 8h plus one time. The refueling quantity and period should be enough to prevent the lubricant at the chain ring joint from discoloration. In the low speed range (υ<1m/s) standard pig brushes are used, while in the high speed range (υ>5m/s) nylon brushes are used, and in the medium speed range (υ=1~5m/s) both can be applied. However, at very high speeds (υ>10m/s) requires mandatory oil lubrication for heat dissipation and cooling, and its general temperature should not exceed 70℃.
(2)Drip oil lubrication
The use of oil drop oil cups will drop oil between the two articulated plate. The refueling quantity and period should be enough to prevent the lubricant from discoloring at the hinge of chain ring. Single-row chain drops about 5-20 drops of oil per minute, more drops when the speed is high. Must prevent the oil drop by the wind and have deviation, if the oil drop in the center of the chain, can not effectively drip slip its combined area. The lubricant must be guided to the inner side of the pin and rolled on the surface of the side plate.
(3)Oil bath or oil plate lubrication
When utilizing oil bath lubrication, pass the lower side chain through the oil pool in the gearbox. The oil level should reach the lowest position of the chain on the pitch circle line. When the chain is lubricated with oil disk, the chain works above the oil level. The oil brought up from the sump by the oil pan is often guided by a groove, which allows the oil to settle on the chain. The diameter of the oil pan should be enough to produce a rotation speed of 3.3-4.5m/s. The chain width is 25mm. When the chain width is greater than 25mm, both sides of the sprocket should be equipped with oil pan.
(4)Spray oil lubrication
Oil spray lubrication is to supply a continuous flow of oil to each transmission chain. The oil should be added to the inner side of the chain ring, exactly aligned with the chain plate ring joint, along the chain width is very uniformly directed to the chain on the slack side.
