The oil temperature of anti-wear hydraulic oil should be between 30-80 degrees under normal circumstances. If the temperature is too low, the viscosity of the oil is high, the fluidity is poor, the resistance is large, and the working efficiency is low. If the oil temperature is lower than 20 degrees, sharp turns are prone to damage hydraulic motors, valves, pipes, etc. If the oil temperature of the hydraulic system of the unfired brick machine is too high, the viscosity of the hydraulic oil will decrease, which is easy to cause leakage, reduced efficiency, reduced strength of the smooth oil film, accelerated mechanical wear, generated carbides and sludge, oil oxidation, accelerated oil quality deterioration, oil seals, and high-pressure hoses will deteriorate prematurely. What measures should we take to control the oil temperature of the brick machine equipment due to the influence of too high or too low oil temperature of anti-wear hydraulic oil?
① When the oil temperature is too low, we need to warm up the engine, start the engine, and idle for 3-5 minutes without load. The hydraulic brick machine increases the engine speed with a medium-speed throttle, and the operating handle makes any action of the working device to the extreme, and keeps 3-5 minutes to allow the hydraulic oil to heat up through overflow.
② If the oil temperature is too high, it is necessary to increase the warm-up time appropriately. When the temperature of the brick machine equipment exceeds the standard, be careful not to contaminate the radiator fins with oil to prevent dust from adhering to the heat dissipation effect. The hollow brick machine should maintain sufficient oil to facilitate oil circulation and heat dissipation. Do not operate all day in the hot summer, and avoid production during the high temperature at noon.
