3. CKD extreme pressure gear oil
Heavy-load industrial gear oil is formulated by adding anti-oxidation, anti-rust and extreme pressure anti-wear agents to refined mineral oil. It has better anti-wear and thermal oxidation stability than CKC and is suitable for heavy-load gear lubrication operating at high temperatures. The corresponding foreign standards are AGMA250.04EP and American Steel 224;
4. CKE Worm Gear Oil
Turbine and worm gear oil is made by adding refined mineral oil or synthetic hydrocarbon to oiliness agent, etc. It has good lubrication properties and anti-oxidation and anti-rust properties, and is suitable for the lubrication of worm gears. The corresponding foreign standard is COMP oil in AGMA 250.03;
5. CKT synthetic hydrocarbon extreme pressure gear oil
Low temperature medium load industrial gear oil. Synthetic hydrocarbon is used as base oil, and additives similar to CKC are added. 9. CKM: Solvent-diluted open gear oil
Made from high-viscosity ordinary open or extreme pressure open gear oil with volatile solvents. When the solvent evaporates, an oil film is formed on the tooth surface, which has certain extreme pressure performance. The Timken OK value of the oil film strength after the solvent evaporates is not less than 200N, or the FZG gear test passes level nine or above.
