Common surfactants for industrial cleaning agents: cationic surfactants/anionic surfactants/amphoteric surfactants/non-ionic surfactants. Generally, non-ionic surfactants are commonly used in low-foam cleaning agents. They are generally used in the steel, metallurgy, electricity, chemical, papermaking, food, pharmaceutical, textile and other industries.
Industrial cleaning agents have roughly gone through the following development periods:
1. Chlorine solvents (harmful to human health)
2. Hydrocarbon solvents (explosion-proof policies are required)
3. Aqueous cleaning agents using surfactants (high cost of cleaning waste liquid treatment)
4. Strong alkaline electrolyzed water produced by strong alkaline electrolyzed water equipment (no chemical substances are added, no environmental pressure)
Chemical agents used for industrial dirt cleaning should generally meet the following technical requirements:
(1) Fast dirt cleaning speed and thorough dirt dissolution. The cleaning agent itself has a strong ability to react, disperse or dissolve dirt, and can remove dirt more thoroughly within a limited working period.
(2) The damage to the cleaning object should be within the limits of the production license, and there should be corresponding inhibitory measures for possible corrosion of the metal.
(3) The cleaning agents used are cheap and easy to obtain, and are based on domestic production; the cleaning cost is low and does not cause excessive resource consumption.
(4) The cleaning agent is non-toxic or low-toxic to organisms and the environment, and the waste gas, waste liquid and waste residue generated should be able to be treated to meet the requirements of relevant national laws and regulations.
(5) The cleaning conditions are mild and try not to rely on additional strengthening conditions, such as temperature, pressure, mechanical energy, etc., which do not require excessive requirements.
(6) The cleaning process does not leave insoluble matter on the surface of the cleaning object, does not generate new stains, does not form a new covering layer that is harmful to subsequent processes, and does not affect the quality of the product.
(7) No foam or odor that affects the cleaning process and on-site hygiene is generated.
(8) The cleaning agent cannot be flammable or explosive, or have some potential safety threat to the products or equipment to be cleaned.
(9) The cleaning agent is required to be phosphorus-free and environmentally friendly as much as possible, and reduce the COD value.
