Industrial lubricants are liquid lubricants used on various types of machinery to reduce friction and protect machinery and processing. They mainly play the role of lubrication, cooling, rust prevention, cleaning, sealing and buffering. In most cases, industrial lubricants play both lubrication and cooling roles. They act as lubricants by reducing the friction between tools and workpieces. For industrial lubricants used in various occasions, chemical stability, thermal stability, friction reduction and load resistance (including extreme pressure lubricants) are the most common requirements.
1. Consult lubrication experts and use lubricants of appropriate specifications to minimize the types of oil used;
2. For each machine, use a simple diagram to indicate the parts that need to be refueled, the name of the oil, the refueling cycle, etc., and a dedicated person is responsible for it to avoid using the wrong oil;
3. Before refueling each time, clean and wipe the oil pump, oil pot and other containers and tools;
4. Use a dedicated container for each oil, and indicate the name of the oil contained on the container to prevent contamination;
5. Before changing the oil, rinse the machine with solvent, and never use water-soluble cleaning agents;
6. After each addition or replacement of lubricating oil, keep a record of machine maintenance;
7. If the oil is abnormal or the oil change cycle has arrived, samples should be taken and submitted to a professional company for testing and verification;
8. Before refueling for the first time, thoroughly clean the oil tank and pipelines, replace the system with the selected oil, and refuel according to the specified amount.
