Daily maintenance of industrial cleaning pumps is the basic work of industrial cleaning equipment maintenance and a solid foundation for ensuring the normal operation of industrial cleaning equipment. Daily maintenance of equipment generally includes daily maintenance and multi-level maintenance. In the usual daily maintenance, it should be carried out in accordance with the fourteen-character operation of cleaning, tidying, lubricating, tightening, adjusting, anti-corrosion and safety.

Daily maintenance

Daily maintenance is carried out by equipment operators on duty. They should carefully check the handover records before the shift, inspect the operating equipment, and check the operating parameters. During the process, listen to the operating sound, feel the equipment temperature, and check whether there are any abnormalities in the operating pressure, liquid level, and instrument signals.

Before the handover, handle the problems that occurred during the shift, fill in the handover records and operating equipment records, and go through the handover procedures.

Multi-level maintenance

Multi-level maintenance is carried out according to the cumulative running time of the equipment. Small industrial cleaning pump equipment is carried out according to: first-level maintenance for cumulative running of 240h, second-level maintenance for cumulative running of 720h, and third-level maintenance for cumulative running of 1000h. Large industrial cleaning pump equipment is subject to the following: first-level maintenance after 1,000 hours of cumulative operation, second-level maintenance after 3,000 hours of cumulative operation, and third-level maintenance after 10,000 hours of cumulative operation.

(1) Check the appearance. All transmission parts and exposed parts are free of rust and the surrounding environment is clean.

(2) Check the transmission part. Check the technical condition of each part, tighten the loose parts, adjust the matching clearance, check the wear of bearings and bushes, check and replace the balance plate, mouth ring and impeller, etc., to ensure that the transmission sound is normal, safe and reliable.

(3) Check lubrication. Check whether the performance indicators of lubricating oil and grease are qualified, whether the oil filter is blocked or dirty, add new oil according to the oil level in the oil tank or change the oil according to the quality of the oil. Ensure that the oil is clean, the oil path is unobstructed, there is no leakage, and there is no grinding damage.

(4) Electrical system. Wipe the motor, check the motor and power cable terminals, check the insulation and grounding, and ensure that it is complete, clean, firm and reliable.

(5) Repair the pipeline. Check whether the valve has leakage, whether the switch is flexible, and whether the filter is clogged.

Measures to improve the maintenance level of industrial cleaning pumps

To improve the maintenance level of industrial cleaning pumps, it can be carried out in two steps:

(1) In the maintenance work, it is necessary to basically achieve three things, namely standardization, processization, and institutionalization. Standardization means to unify the maintenance content, including specific contents such as part cleaning, parts adjustment, and device inspection. Corresponding regulations should be formulated according to the operating characteristics of the equipment. Processization means to formulate various maintenance process procedures according to different equipment and perform maintenance according to the procedures. Institutionalization means to stipulate different maintenance cycles and maintenance times according to different working conditions of different equipment, and strictly implement them.

(2) Maintenance and maintenance contracting system. Equipment maintenance can be carried out in the form of contracting. Maintenance personnel are responsible for the maintenance of equipment in certain use positions, and work with operating personnel to do daily maintenance, patrol inspections, regular maintenance, planned repairs and troubleshooting, and ensure the assessment indicators such as the equipment integrity rate of the contracted position, and link it with performance assessment and bonuses. The maintenance contracting system is a good form to strengthen equipment maintenance for operation services and mobilize the enthusiasm of maintenance personnel and the initiative of operating personnel.
